I've backed up the VM to a Server.iso file and ran VMware Converter to convert the disk image file. I've also moved the VM folder to the server VM folder, and placed the Server.iso file in the VM folder.
I'm currently trying to convert a VMware 6.5.0 VM to VMWare Player 6.0.0. I'm using Windows 7 64bit on the source and destination computers. I'm following this http://www.vmware.com/support/ws6/doc/ws_gs_convert.html guide to do this.
